The State Room is majestically
decorated in blues and whites with silver accent pieces and
artifacts highlighting the Great State of Oklahoma.
Actually a three-room suite, this room features a master
bedroom, a private dressing room, and a separate bathroom with a
shower/tub combination. The room features a king-sized
canopy bed and sitting area.
The State Room was originally
two rooms when the home was constructed in 1902. This room
has plenty of space for more than two occupants. We
have rented this room to ladies' groups for slumber parties as
well as families. Our queen-sized air mattress can be set
up upon your request.
The State Room features an
individual phone line, dial-up internet access, cable TV, VCR,
access to our movie library, individual climate control, keyed
lock, private bath with a standard shower and tub, work space,
and coffee service.
The many amenities offered at
Maple Place rival those of major hotel chains, however, those
chains cannot compete with the beauty and atmosphere of this
historic Enid home. You are pampered throughout your stay.
From the Oklahoma themed decorations to the
homemade Oklahoma-style continental breakfast, you are
guaranteed a vacation from the ordinary. In addition to
the expanse of the your room, you are invited to enjoy the many
public areas of the home. Maple Place has a fully equipped
kitchen for your use as well as laundry facilities.
(Long-term guests find these two amenities especially useful.)
We are happy to also have an extensive game and movie library to
offer.
Safety of our guests is top
priority at Maple Place. The home features well-lit
parking, coded alarm entry, and individually keyed room locks.
Maple Place is a non-smoking and pet-free environment.
